Sodexo Creates Leisure Segment; Names Stephen DiPrima President, Recreation and Leisure Services

Sodexo prepares for positive growth with new leader at the helm of leisure services
GAITHERSBURG, Md., August 26, 2009—Sodexo Inc., a comprehensive service solutions company with a core business of integrated food and facilities management, recently appointed Stephen DiPrima as division president of Recreation and Leisure Services, a position created for Sodexo’s new Leisure segment which will include conference centers.
This change in the Sodexo’s Corporate Services Division will create additional focus and provide resources to important growth segments, as well as improve operating efficiencies across the entire Corporate Services Market.

DiPrima earned his Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from Dallas Baptist University. Having worked in food service since high school, he began his career in Campus Services and K-12 markets. Holding previous leadership positions in retail, aviation and commercial security, DiPrima began his career at Sodexo in 2002 and most recently was the Division Vice President of Corporate Services central area. DiPrima resides in Naperville, Ill.
