January 2018: Sodexo ranked #41on FlexJobs’ Top 100 Companies to Watch for Remote Jobs in 2018 list. For the third consecutive year, Sodexo was recognized for the number of opportunities available on its job board last year that allowed telecommuting as an option, either full- or part-time.
January 2018: Sodexo, world leader in Quality of Life services, reinforces its position as one of the most sustainable companies in the world by earning Gold Class distinction in RobecoSAM’s annual “Sustainability Yearbook 2018”. For the eleventh consecutive year, Sodexo was ranked as the top-scoring company in its sector for its excellent sustainability performance, scoring 78% compared to an industry average of 39%.
November 2017: Sodexo achieved a score of over 70 percent on the inaugural Diversity Best Practices (DBP) Inclusion Index. The Inclusion Index reports data and provides insight into how participating companies met and excelled in three areas: company culture, demographic transparency and best diversity and inclusion practices in recruitment, retention and advancement.
October 2017: The Daily Meal named eight Sodexo-operated dining programs to its list of Best Colleges for Food in 2017. Liberty University premiered on the list at number three and was praised for sourcing locally-grown produce and humanely-raised meat.
September 2017: Sodexo, world leader in Quality of Life Services, has been named the top-rated company in its sector on the Dow Jones Sustainability Index (DJSI) for the 13th consecutive year, reinforcing the company’s leadership and commitment to corporate responsibility worldwide.
September 2017: Sodexo was recognized in the 2017 LATINA Style® 50 Report. For the past 20 years, the LATINA Style 50 Report recognizes companies whose mission of diversity and inclusion have been reflected in the way they recruit, promote, provide benefits, and create programs for the betterment of their employees. From more than 800 eligible organizations, Sodexo ranked 20th on a list of 50 award winners.
August 2017: Sodexo was named as a top-scorer in the 2017 Disability Equality Index® produced by the US Business Leadership Network® (USBLN®) and the American Association of People with Disabilities (AAPD). Sodexo, which received a 90 out of 100 percent, was among 110 companies who were evaluated on culture, leadership, community engagement and support services.
May 2017: Sodexo, the world leader in Quality of Life Services, ranked #6 on DiversityInc’s 2017 Top 50 Companies for Diversity list. This marks the ninth consecutive year that Sodexo’s metrics-driven commitment to diversity and inclusion was recognized among the top 10 companies.

September 2014: Sodexo, world leader in Quality of Life Services, was named Global Sustainability Industry Leader in its sector for the 10th year in a row by the Dow Jones Sustainability Index, the longest-running global sustainability benchmark worldwide and the key reference point in sustainability investing for investors and companies alike.
April 2014: DiversityInc Recognizes Sodexo’s Diversity Leadership with a #2 Ranking on the 2014 Top 50 Companies for Diversity List. Sodexo is the only company to rank in the top two on DiveristyInc’s Top 50 Companies for Diversity list, five consecutive years.
April 2013: Working Mother magazine has named Sodexo one of the “Best Companies for Hourly Workers” for 2013. This is the fourth consecutive year that Sodexo has been recognized for being among those employers that have the best policies and programs for promoting hourly workers and a dynamic work life culture.
March 2013: Sodexo ranked number one overall in the Diversified Outsourcing Services sector and was also classed first for Innovation, Social Responsibility, Financial Soundness, Long-term Investment and Global Competitiveness.
January 2013: Sodexo’s commitment to sustainability has been recognized for efforts and results in social, environmental and economic performance at the World Economic Forum 2013 in Davos with three awards: Sector Leader 2013, Gold Class 2013, and Sector Mover 2013.
