GAITHERSBURG, Md., November 9, 2007 -Sodexho, the nation's leading provider of integrated food and facilities management services, which includes service to more than 900 colleges and universities nationwide, was recently named Large Employer of the Year by the Pike Area (Alabama) Committee on Employment of People with Disabilities for its “outstanding willingness and performance in employment of persons with disabilities.”

Two Sodexho employees, who work at Troy University, were recognized: Robert Dansby, Sodexho landscaping specialist at Troy University, was honored as Employee of the Year for his ongoing contributions and commitment to the workplace. Jimmy D. Reynolds, Sodexho housekeeping manager, was received a certificate of appreciation for his support of employees with disabilities.

The awards were presented at a luncheon at Troy University that celebrated National Disability Employment Awareness Month.
