GAITHERSBURG, Md., October 9, 2007 - LATINA Style magazine has named Sodexho, the nation's leading provider of integrated food and facilities management services, to its list of the 50 Best Companies for Hispanic women to work for in the United States, citing Sodexho's ongoing commitment to the recruitment, retention and advancement of Latinas.
The LATINA Style 50 companies will be honored on February 7, 2008, during LATINA Style's Awards Ceremony and Diversity Leaders Conference in Washington, D.C., and will be recognized at an exclusive Awards Reception at the White House. This year's Awards Ceremony and Diversity Leaders Conference will be celebrating its 10-year anniversary of the program.

LATINA Style 50 selects companies that integrate the best employment policies and resources as they relate to Hispanic women. More than 800 companies were evaluated. The primary areas of evaluation included leadership programs, profit sharing, educational opportunities, dependent/child-care support, education reimbursement, Latina representation in senior positions, flexible work schedules, scholarships for employees' children and dedicated Hispanic recruitment.
