“What was most impressive about Sodexho's 2005 Annual Diversity Report was that the accomplishments of each department, council and network were so easy to recognize,” said Damian Johnson, director of marketing for Profiles in Diversity Journal. “It seems as though an employee can literally identify and measure his or her own personal contributions toward diversity and inclusion, and that has to make them feel good. I believe Sodexho's diversity program is at a level all diversity programs should be striving for - when a single employee can see the impact they're having and the difference they're making.” Sodexho's 2005 Annual Diversity and Inclusion Report can be viewed at www.sodexhousa.com/diversity.
