Sodexho Inc. Signs Agreement With Kairos Health Systems

GAITHERSBURG, MD-November 30, 2005-Sodexho Inc., the leading provider of food and facilities management services, announced today that its Senior Services Division was selected by Kairos Health Systems, Inc. to be the preferred provider of dining and nutrition, plant operations and maintenance, and laundry and housekeeping services for its 72 member-organization. Kairos serves as a group purchasing organization for its members who largely operate senior-living facilities. Under the new partnership, Sodexho will be the provider of choice for members looking to outsource services.
