Sodexo provides facility design, construction, renovation, and operation services designed to minimize the environmental impact of buildings over their entire lifecycle. This includes incorporating natural systems for lighting, heating and cooling, and living landscapes into our management systems. It includes using innovative, efficient energy technologies. We also help our clients incorporate the design principles present in the highest levels of the Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design Green Building Rating System.

We work with our clients to increase the energy efficiency of older facilities through improved management systems and maintenance programs.

Our facilities operations programs continue our focus on energy and water conservation, comprehensive waste reduction and management systems, and reducing the use of harmful chemicals in cleaning activities.
