Our Annual Diversity Report details our ongoing commitment to diversity and inclusion through these programs:

  • Spirit of Mentoring: Our mentoring initiatives provide employees with formal and informal opportunities to seek out a mentor.
  • Champions of Diversity: Sodexo's Champions of Diversity program recognizes and celebrates employees who go above and beyond to advance diversity and inclusion.
  • Employee Network Groups: Network Groups are organized around a common dimension of diversity and are created by employees to raise awareness of their identity groups.

Awards

Since 2002, we have earned more than 50 awards and credits in various publications and organizations. We are proud that Sodexo was ranked number two on the 2012 DiversityInc Top 50 Companies for Diversity list. We are also recognized as a top company for executive women and ranked among the Top Ten companies for Latinos, Blacks, Global Diversity, People with Disabilities, Recruitment & Retention, Supplier Diversity, Asian Americans, Executive Women and LGBT Employees.

In January 2012, Sodexo proudly accepted the prestigious 2012 Catalyst Award.  This award honors innovative organizational  initiatives that address the recruitment,  development and advancement of women and minorities in the workplace. One of only two companies honored this year, we were recognized for our multi-pronged diversity and inclusion strategy that resulted in systemic culture change for the organization.
