We know that one size does not fit all when it comes to benefits! Benefits are provided on a company-wide basis to salaried and frontline employees. Our employees come from all walks of life, with very different needs. The benefits, terms, and conditions described are not subject to change without the prior approval of the Benefits Department. Salaried Employees | Frontline Employees
MetLife Preferred Dentist Program (PDP): When MetLife dental providers are used, generally the out of pocket expenses are lower. Preventive Care is covered at 100% with no deductible. Basic Care is covered at 80% and Major Care is covered at 50% after the annual deductible has been satisfied ($50 per person). ). The annual benefit maximum is $2,000 per person. Orthodontia is covered at 50%, to a lifetime maximum of $2,000 per person (age 19 or younger when treatment begins).

EyeMed Select Vision Care Plan: Benefits include eye exam, glasses or contacts with a co-pay in-network. There is also an out-of-network reimbursement. Benefits also include laser vision correction program, mail order contact lens replacement program, and EyeMed Vision Care Discount Program
EyeMed Vision Care Discount Program: This is a free discount program and does not require enrollment. Includes discounts on routine eye exams, contact lens exams and frames and accessories.

Free Basic Life Insurance: This benefit provides the beneficiary with one times the employee's annual salary up to $50,000. Enrollment is automatic.
Group Term Life Insurance (GTL) through Aetna: This benefit offers the beneficiary 1-7 times the employee's pay with certain maximums. Coverage is available for the employee's spouse or domestic partner at 50% of the employee's coverage up to $100,000. Eligible dependent children can be covered for $10,000.
Voluntary Accidental Death & Dismemberment (AD&D): Provides coverage for the employee, spouse, domestic partner and children.
Business Travel Accident (BTA): For Salaried employees only and enrollment is automatic.

Sodexo's Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP) allows employees to own a piece of the company by purchasing shares of Sodexo at a 10% discount. Employees may contribute up to 8% of their pay after-tax to the program. Enrollment periods begin August 1 and ends August 31 each year.

Employees may contribute up to 50% of their compensation on a pre-tax or post-tax (or a combination of both) basis to the Sodexo Retirement and Savings Program. Salary deferrals may be invested in up to 15 investment options through ING. Sodexo will quarterly match 50% of the first 6% of your contribution (this may vary by year).
Employees age 21 or older are immediately eligible to participate in Sodexo's Retirement and Savings Program upon hire and will be 100% vested after three years of employment. Employees hired before April 1, 2009 and age 21 years or older will be 100% vested after three years of employment.

Sick Leave: After six (6) months of employment you can take up to seven (7) days of sick leave per year. You can carry over up to 50 days.
Vacation: Depending on your grade and years with the company you will receive three (3) to five (5) weeks of vacation. Vacation policy is set by your workplace.
Other Time Off: In addition to three personal days off per year for salaried employees, you may be eligible for paid time off for jury duty and bereavement leave. Sodexo also offers leave for military dury and family medical care and observes a number of national holidays. Recognized holidays are set by the workplace.
