Fourth consecutive year that Sodexo has been recognized for promoting hourly workers and a dynamic work life culture
Gaithersburg, Md., April 8, 2013 — Working Mother magazine has named Sodexo one of the “Best Companies for Hourly Workers” for 2013. This is the fourth consecutive year that Sodexo has been recognized for being among those employers that have the best policies and programs for promoting hourly workers and a dynamic work life culture.
This year’s survey, conducted by Working Mother Research Institute, focused on employers that implemented solutions that provided opportunities for nonexempt employees to advance into salaried and management roles through technology training, mentoring, career counseling and language skills training.
