Request a SodexoNet Account: New process

Please Note: When you change your Outlook, MySodexo, or network (na-sdxcorp) password, you must use this login ID and password to access SodexoNet.

New employees: Automatically receive access

• When a manager uses the Information Security Account Request Form v 5.0 to request access to email, MySodexo, or any application, the employee will automatically receive access to SodexoNet.

Current employees and external users (i.e., contractors)

• A manager must submit the Information Security Account Request Form v 5.0.
• Access is requested by adding “SodexoNet access” to the Comments section in the form.

Instructions for Logging On

When you access the site, a dialog window will appear: https://www.sodexhonet.com.

1. Type na-sdxcorp\Network User ID in the user name field (user Id and password is the same as your network id or outlook id)

2. Type your Network password in the password field
