Sodexo Blog Code of Conduct

Welcome to the Sodexo corporate blog! We are very excited to foster an ongoing dialogue with those interested in Sodexo's work and look forward to sharing this experience with you.

Online dialogue offers tremendous opportunities for engagement and learning. Here at Sodexo, we want to hear from you – both the positive and the negative – as well as give you a chance to look at life within Sodexo.

Purposeful dialogue, however, can only happen if everyone involved 1) is committed to providing worthwhile information and perspective and 2) follows the same guidelines or code of conduct. To get us off on the right foot, we've developed the following list of things to remember when participating in this online discourse:

  1. Respect your audience at all times. Avoid ethnic slurs, personal insults, obscenity or any type of communication that could be interpreted as defamatory, disparaging, obscene, offensive or harassing.
  2. Agree to disagree, and do it with respect for others who share a different view.
  3. Be mindful of others' privacy and don't cite individuals without their permission.
  4. Stay on topic and be honest and genuine in your communication.
  5. Keep confidential or proprietary information where it belongs, and be sure to respect copyright, fair use and financial disclosure laws. Remember to also disclose any conflicts of interest.
  6. Be aware that what you write will be public for a long time, so try to be thoughtful in your comments.
  7. And, finally, think quality with every comment!

Sodexo will maintain the right to review and delete comments that fail to abide by these simple, yet very important, guidelines.

We thank you for your cooperation.
