Peri is the senior vice president and chief human resources officer for Sodexo, Inc., with overall authority for all human resource functions for the company in the US and Canada, including recruitment, retention, training, management development, and human resource administration. 

Peri began her career with Sodexo in 1981 and previously served as senior vice president of human resources for Sodexo USA’s Health Care division. Prior to joining the company’s human resources department, she served as the senior vice president of operations for the six-state, southeastern region, where she had direct responsibility for 100 food, environmental, and engineering department contracts. 

Peri began her career with the company as a clinical manager with Sodexo Marriott Services in the Health Care division in 1981.
